The Central Florida Sounds of Freedom Band and Color Guard (CFSOF) is excited to announce the search for our next Associate Artistic Director, with the position beginning in Fall 2026.

As we prepare for our sixteenth season, we’re looking for an energetic, collaborative, and inspiring leader who is passionate about music, community, and creating an inclusive environment where musicians of every background can thrive.

As one of Florida’s premier LGBTQ+ community performing arts organizations, CFSOF brings together nearly 75 musicians and performers to promote LGBTQ+ awareness, acceptance, and equality through quality entertainment and fellowship. While our mission is rooted in serving the LGBTQ+ community, applicants do not need to identify as LGBTQ+—we welcome anyone who believes in our mission and is committed to fostering an affirming, inclusive environment for all.
