Central Florida Sounds of Freedom Band & Guard presents: 15th Anniversary Celebration: RESILIENCE

Join the Central Florida Sounds of Freedom Band & Guard as we celebrate our 15th anniversary with RESILIENCE, the culminating performance of our 2025–2026 concert series, Still We Rise.

This milestone concert completes a powerful season-long journey through themes of hope, struggle, and ultimately resilience—highlighting the strength, unity, and perseverance of the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies.

The program features Stonewall by Randall Standridge, with guest performer Ashley Thunder, honoring the courage and legacy of a movement that continues to inspire generations. Audiences will also experience John and Jim by Viet Cuong, a deeply human and moving reflection on love, identity, and connection.

A special highlight of the program is Well With My Soul by Benjamin Mairs, a work commissioned specifically for CFSOF. This piece captures the spirit of healing, reflection, and renewal that defines both this performance and our organization’s 15-year journey.

RESILIENCE is more than a concert—it is a celebration of community, a tribute to perseverance, and a powerful conclusion to a season dedicated to rising, together.
